The magnetic stripe machine for payment cards adopts high-end imported servo motors from Panasonic, Mitsubishi, etc., and high-precision ball screw transmission, with a transmission error of ≤0.02 mm/m, to build a closed-loop automatic feeding system. The operation, feeding, and length of the closed-loop feeding system are adjustable. Compared with the stepping motor, the response time of the servo motor is increased by 30%, and the positioning accuracy is ±0.1 mm. Thus, the needs of producing high-end cards such as Visa and MasterCard are met. When processing 0.1 mm thin paper cards, the speed needs to be increased to 15 m/min. When processing PVC cards in batches, the hidden danger of welding misalignment is avoided from the beginning.

 

Precise temperature control of magnetic stripe machine for payment card

 

The magnetic stripe machine supports multiple languages, and the operation interface adopts a 7-inch digital touch screen. Users can flexibly choose Chinese and English operation languages. It stores the commonly used material presets, such as the PVC card preset to 180℃ and the PET card preset to 200℃, which is convenient for calling. The system allows users to call or set the temperature by referring to the type of magnetic stripe and card base. The system controls the temperature with an accuracy of ±2℃. The system monitors continuously and adjusts the temperature within 0.5 seconds.
