1. Daily operation and use
(1) operators are not allowed to drink before going to work, let alone work with illness, which is very dangerous.
(2) operators should not wear gloves when operating equipment to avoid danger or accident.
(3) before the equipment starts to work, it should be tested for 3 to 5 minutes to check whether everything is normal.
(4) before the start of bronzing, we should install the bronzing plate, arrange and heat the bronzing paper, and make all preparations.
(5) inspection shall be carried out after the first finished product is produced by the bronzing machine. After the inspection is no problem, the continuous production can be carried out.
(6) in the high-temperature area of the equipment, operators should not touch it to avoid scalding.
2. Daily maintenance
(1) bronzing machine before the start of work, to carry out the necessary lubrication work, to ensure the normal work of the bronzing machine.
(2) the parts in the machine should be checked frequently to see whether they are sensitive and reliable. If there is any problem, it should be dealt with in time.
(3) the machine and equipment should be kept clean and tidy, free from dust, dirt and impurities.
