WT-007SCPM SIM card punching machine is designed for punching and scribing a break-out line for Mini SIM (2FF), Micro SIM (3FF) Nano SIM (4FF) cards based on the standard SIM card (1FF). This SIM card punching machine can be configured with vision inspection system for verification of card punching result. Each punch station can individually run or stop according to actual application needs.
This automatic smart card machine is suitable for milling of the cavity and implanting of the chip module for standard chip cards. The steps including cavity milling, chip module punching and implanting are all carried out in a completely automatic process in one line.
