How to produce a set of playing cards?
A deck of playing cards must go through at least printing and grouting, drying, calendering and oiling. Punching, cutting, and packaging processes.
1) The 54 cards are designed and arranged as 6x9(54) or 7x8(56) or 5x11(55) in size;
2) Front and back printing, and quality check;
3) Filling and drying of the front side.
4) Reverse sizing and drying;
5) Steel roller extrusion;
6) Varnishing. Varnishing process refers to the printed surface coated (or sprayed, printed) on a layer of colorless transparent coating, after leveling, drying, calendering, curing in the printed surface to form a thin and uniform transparent glossy layer, to enhance the smoothness of the surface of the carrier, to protect the printing graphics finishing process function;
7) Press cloth pattern. The cloth effect can make the poker look more high-grade, many advertising poker customers want to have a cloth effect;
8) Punching and picking. The shape and rounded corners are finished at one time by punching machine and sorted automatically, meanwhile, quality checking is done;
9) Heat shrink packaging of poker core. The 54 cores of a pair of poker are heat shrink wrapped in plastic paper by a packaging machine. The cores are heat shrunk for easy packaging and moisture resistance.
